Zoruflex

Zoruflex is the BYOND Canarias flooring and surfacing range: seamless and preformed systems and road safety solutions for public, industrial and sports spaces. Its formulations incorporate recovered glass and are developed in our laboratory.

Zoruflex brings together seamless coatings and preformed pieces to renew surfaces and adapt the finish to the needs of each space.

Applications

Pedestrian streets, promenades, seafront avenues and sports areas. Also loading ramps, cycle and forklift lanes and vehicle traffic areas.

Aquatic areas and pool surrounds have specific solutions within the range.

Solutions by application

Properties and conditions

Seamless finishes, custom designs and standard colours or RAL colours to order. The formulation and finish are chosen according to the application.

The substrate, application temperature and conditions of use all form part of system selection. Coverage rates and return-to-service times should be confirmed for the specific solution.

Formulation and application process

The system description includes methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer and aggregates, with a formulation that varies according to use. Application combines resin with natural aggregates such as quartz, marble or silica and with recycled glass prepared in our laboratory.

Substrate temperature affects drying and curing. Coverage is assessed for the material and the application; consult the documentation and technical advice before installation.

Zoruflex variants

Zoruflex Continuo: A seamless coating for asphalt and concrete surfaces, with geometric finishes and custom designs.
Zoruflex Preformado: Tiles made from CAD and 3D designs, with moulds customisable to order and a choice of aggregates and pigments.
Zoruflex Seguridad vial: Solutions for vehicle traffic, ramps, lanes and braking zones. The system is selected according to the substrate and use.
Zoruflex Imper: Solutions for aquatic areas and pool surrounds, adapted to the conditions of each space.
